As we enter our 24th year in the bowling business, we would like to thank all our loyal customers who have made Hollywood Bowl their home over the years. With the addition of Club Hollywood and a new era in management, we would also like to welcome all our new customers to Hollywood Bowl and Club Hollywood. Congratulations to Heather Moeller!
Heather is back at Hollywood Bowl after spending the past 11 years as General Manager at Rose Bowl. Heather will assume the role of General Manager of Operations at Hollywood Bowl in addition to her GM role at Rose Bowl. She plans to split her time between both centers so Rose Bowl does not lose her valuable skills from over 30 years in the bowling industry. Heather was employed by Timber Lanes prior to our purchase of Hollywood Bowl in 1989, and quickly earned the family's respect as a smart, loyal, and hard working manager. The move will help streamline our management team, and under Heather's leadership, provide consistent policies, products, and excellent customer service for every department in the company. Her in-depth knowledge of the sport and business of bowling will provide the leadership by example our employees and customers need and deserve. The Frank Family truly appreciates Heather's many years of loyal service to the company and wish her the very best with her new promotion!
